Her name is said to be Rex Desiderius. She was a Princess of Suabia.

Note: Probably it is more likely to be Linzgau. Vintschgau is not in Germany but in Northern Italy's province Trentino-Alto Adige (Suedtirol). It's the valley of the river Adige (Etsch) between its spring and the town Merano (Meran) maybe even the area between Merano and Bolzano (Bozen) is part of Vintschgau.
