Bernard C Mann, son of John and Cynthia (Keaton) Mann, was born 27 Jul 1861 and died 16 Apr 1892. He lived near Hunter Springs until 1880 when he moved to Bluefield and went to work for the railroad. He died in Bluefield of Typhoid Fever at the age of 31. He married Sarah "Sallie" Canterbury born 19 Mar 1868, daughter of William L and Anna (Comer) Canterbury, who were married in 1845. 1. Arthur Howard Mann 11 Sept 1888 married Mary Elizabeth Winton and had (1) Arthur Howard Jr lives in California (2) Edith married Hunter Tolley (3) Ralph William married 30 Jan 1943 Hazel Margaret Ellison, daughter of Henry Sutton "Bud" and Nannie (Blanton) Ellison they had Ralph Ellison Mann 14 May 1944 and Margaret Camilla Mann 5 Aug 1846 (4) Jean Isabelle married Earl Morris (5) Henry Lindsey Mann 2. Henry W Mann 10 Aug 1890 married 1st Rosie Etta Campbell, who died 8 Jan 1959, daughter of George W Campbell. I do not know the name of his second wife.
