Pages 345-346, July 23, 1765...Marriage contract..between Henry Mauzy and Elizabeth Morgan. A marriage soon to take place between the parties...she grants to said Mauzy as soon as the marriage takes place, all her title to the lands of her deceased husband, James Morgan. Mauzy agrees to maintain 2 of the said Morgan's children until they arrive to full age and after the payment of all debts of said James Morgan the estate which remains to be used only by her and the six children of the said Morgan and to be equally divided between them and the said Elizabeth Morgan.
